Hi, does bromelain tablets- to loose weight quickly(pineapple) cause side effects?

iam ttc and wish to loose weight quickly, so preferres this tabs, which claims to reduce 1 kg a day,,,i want to loose 10kgs,,I have PCO and under fertility treatment to conceive,,i would prefer to take this tabs when i take a one cycle break from treatment,,as i know pineapple is heat causer!
