Elliptical Cross Trainer VS Exercise Cycle?
What main difference is their between a cross trainer and an exercise cycle?
I want to lose some weight before my holiday in 6 weeks, and I am choosing between the two… I cannot go running due to an operation I had 2 weeks ago, so i’m looking for something to use at home..
Any advice on which one to get and why would be much appreciated 
What sort of operation? If it stops you from running, then are you sure you can safely use either of these machines instead?
