Cycling Tired Legs

I am so sick and tired of the pain I get in my soleus muscles?!! (the area under calves) RUNNERS, HELPP!?
I go to the gym regularly to run and I go about 2 to 5 times a week depending on the pain level. It is so frustrating because I go exercise, to tone up and lose some weight, run, I make sure to stretch before, during and after my exercise, I stretch each 15 minutes! and still by the end of each session I get pains in my soleus mucles. EVERY TIME! A CRAZY ANNOYING CYCLE!
and then I have to “rest”: put ice and use heating pads for a week or two and do nothing for like for a month! Even then the pain only gets slightly better. Then I start going to the gym to run again but soon enough the pain in the soleus starts again! It is extremely annoying.
This has been going on since January when I just began to step in the gym. I am so desperate! What can I do? Are there some special wraps I can use for my lower leg? Do you think maybe I have a tear in there?? :’( I am almost crying now. How am I supposed to keep fit w/ this!? HELLPPP
I have the same problem and it hurts wicked bad. I take ibuprofen before i do hard workouts to ease the pain. i tried taking time off but i couldn’t afford to do that in the middle of track season. try freezing water in a paper cup then peel the paper off the top and rub it on your soleus. it ices it and massages at the same time.
