4. how to attain nice looking biceps & triceps for a 16 yr old?
1) sit-ups is the best… and of course, PROPER diet (not to strave yourself one day and gorge on to the next… eat a little every 2-3 hours for you to disregard further cravings)
2) bellyfat, try brisk walking, crunches and other strenuous work-outs but then again, you’re 16 and might lose control
3) definitely, all kinds of exercise are good for your body
4) lift weights. do household chores… so simple and yet so effective..
