Is there any icecream or pop cycles that are healthy for you and you can actually feel good about eating?
Now that it’s summer I am ice cream and pop cycle obsessed but trying to stay on my diet, anything I can eat to keep me happy but on my diet?
I noticed they now have 100 calorie ice cream items. I don’t remember who makes them, but there are several different kinds.
They’re not healthy for you, but they’re a great treat and won’t throw your diet way off.
The Skinny Cow items are good too, but a bit higher in calories.
