Cycling Bigger Legs
If i cycle/ride my bike at home, will it tone my legs and make them slimmer?

i dont want my legs bigger!!! so dont tell me to do squats/lunges cuz that just gives me muscle.. what i want to have is nice toned legs but not too big maybe like18/19 inches… im 21 inches right now i just want to slim them and shape….there a bit fatt.ishh
i kno i cant spot reduce but overall …
i been doing my bike since dec. 1st. do far i didnt see any changes i usually burn 250 calories in 30 mins on it
but today i was really intence on it. i burned 300 cals. on it in 30 minutes. i totally felt the burn. will doing this everyday tone my legs and slim me down?a
and doi honestly need a diet??
i just want to tone up and lose inches or get slimmer,
yes i kno i asked this question but i just want good opinions and from experiance people.. because some of u dont answer my question but say random things.. all it is is a easy 10 pts. n the benefit will help me. thank u!

30 minutes on a bike is a good thing, but not really enough to build any muscle or lose weight.

As you get in better shape, increase time and intensity. An hour would be good, more would be better.
