Calorie Cycling Fat Loss

HELP ME PLEASE, WILL THIS WORK, OR JUST BACKFIRE?
I’m 5′9 and 175 lbs, I want to lose fat, I went through a bit of a starvation period ( which yes i know, was very stupid ) but i’ve started eating again. I can’t bring myself to eat more then 1000-1200 calories a day and i don’t know if that’s healthy or not. I do intense cycling for 30 minutes everyday. So given that, 30 minutes everyday of exercise and 1000-1200 calories a day, am I gonna lose weight healthily? I know that 1200 calories is the lowest a woman should eat a day, so I’m also kind of scared that how low my calorie consumption is might be slwoing down my weight loss. Should I start consuming more calories? I need a lot of help.

do it for at least a month to see if its working.
and if it doesnt work,
then try something diffrent
